Once we cleanse ourselves from day to day static, we need to protect our space and selves from future bad vibes. With centering and grounding we are then able to focus on what we really want in our lives. We will learn several techniques for our selves and homes. Exercise: seeing and cleansing auras. Lamas or Lughnasad is one of the least known of the four Greater Witches Sabbats, the fire festivals of the Celts. Learn some folklore of this sabbat and then join us in a short ritual. Bring food or drink to share in the circle.
