The DoubleTree hotel is SOLD OUT for 2011, though sometimes rooms become available due to reservation cancellations.
We have a shuttle van that runs most hours of programing (an hour before the first and after the last event). You can ask at the info desk when you get to the Con for more schedule details about the van and its stops at the DoubleTree, the SJ Airport Garden Hotel and other hotels too.
